WHEN AND HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER INFORMATION?
If you realize that you made a mistake when entering the shipping information or making a purchase, please send us an email within 24 hours to Contact@flaurielle.com.
Please check the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after placing your order to verify all details.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow for a longer processing time during holidays and promotional periods.
Processing and packaging at the warehouse takes approximately 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be provided with and sent your tracking number.
Please contact us if you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days after payment.
If we cannot process your order due to incomplete or incorrect payment or wrong address details, processing may be delayed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery time is calculated as follows:
Estimated delivery date = Purchase date + 2–5 business days (processing & storage) + Estimated shipping time (see below)

You may receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.
There is usually a delay in tracking updates when the package leaves the USPS facilities in China and is processed in the USA. This typically takes 2–7 days.

If your order does not arrive within 60 days for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price for that item – that’s our promise!
If an order is missing, please inform us at Contact@flaurielle.com. We will investigate the matter (this usually takes 3–5 business days) and send you a replacement after the investigation is complete.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The prices listed on our website are in USD and exclude taxes, which means you may have to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Import taxes, duties, and other fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination. These are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. For further details on the fees, please contact your local customs office.
DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please double-check your details carefully, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an address incorrectly provided by the buyer.
If the order arrives in your country and:

we reserve the right to abandon the package and issue no refund.
